Delivery and return terms
Delivery is available only in Mauritius and Rodrigues.
Your order will be prepared and shipped according to the delivery methods and timelines detailed below.
Delivery by Mauritius Post is free for purchases of Rs 1,000 and above.

Customized products cannot be returned.

Your order may be delivered in multiple parcels. Returns can be made in a single parcel provided all associated delivery notes are included.
You have a 7-day cooling-off period starting from the date you receive your order.
You can return your order either by post or directly in-store:
By post: Drop off your return parcel at the post office within 7 days from the date you received it. You are responsible for the return postage costs. You must return your parcel with the delivery note to the following address:

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Returns in-store are eligible for exchange or refund. Returns by post are eligible for refund only. For an exchange by post, please return the item and place a new order.

REFUND TERMS
​
Only new, unworn, and unsoiled items will be eligible for refund or exchange. The item must be returned in its original packaging with the clothing tag attached. Refunds will be processed within 4 to 10 days after we receive your parcel at our warehouse, via bank transfer or Juice.
Payment terms
Your order payment can be made directly online using credit/debit cards (CB, Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Juice, bank transfer, or PayPal. Once your payment is confirmed by our payment provider, your bank account or PayPal account will be charged the total amount of your order.

Rest assured that all your transactions are secure and comply with current legal provisions: they take place under strict confidentiality and encryption of all your data with our payment provider.

We do not have access to your personal data related to your payment methods, especially credit card details, and we do not store them on our servers at any time.
​
However, you may choose to save your bank details in your customer account for future orders. To do this, simply check the box "Save your payment information" during your payment process. In this case only, our payment provider (and only them) will store your data in encrypted form. You can delete the saved credit card either directly in your customer account under "My payment options" or by emailing our Customer Service.

Please note: Store credits and vouchers issued in-store cannot be used on the website.
